Please download and complete the form above. Email it along with a scan or picture of both sides of your drivers licence together with the pin check code from the DVLA website to admin@sact-carclub.co.uk
Payment for membership will be invoiced once acceptance to the club is confirmed.
This form is also used for Group members to complete.
Family Membership. £45 one off fee.
For two drivers to be able to drive the vehicle on the same hire. use the family membership form. A 50% discount is offered to the second driver.
Organisation/Group Membership. £60 per annum
For businesses and organisations that would like to register up to 10 drivers on one membership. The drivers you would like registered should each complete an individual membership form
